The continuing saga of the coming movie for the unrelased Muppets that you won't see until Thanksgiving

I'm continuing to watch for trailers and video promotions for The Muppets, their newest movie planned for release Thanksgiving weekend. The parody and jokes continue in this third and fourth editions. The plot of the movie, is that with the help of three fans, the Muppets must reunite in order to save their old studio from a greedy oil tycoon.

A Full 2-Minute Trailer for the The Muppets Thanksgiving Movie Release

From what I can tell, this offical full movie trailer was just released today (Saturday). Here is some information from Blogomatic3000.

On vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan, and his friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets’ former stomping grounds. To stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater, Walter, Mary and Gary help Kermit reunite the Muppets, who have all gone their separate ways: Fozzie now performs with a Reno casino tribute band called the Moopets, Miss Piggy is a plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, Animal is in a Santa Barbara clinic for anger management, and Gonzo is a high-powered plumbing magnate.

This Muppet Movie Trailer Takes Aim at The Green Lantern

[Twitch Film] This latest teaser for upcoming feature The Muppets has arrived, this one riffing away on The Green Lantern to great effect. Like the previous teaser this gives us a look at another of the major human players - Chris Cooper, who looks absolutely perfect in this world - as well as a whole lot of very clever gags.
